Come by our storage facilities to get moving boxes that are strong enough to hold the weight of many household items, or ask us to bring with if we are arranging the collection and packing for you. We also sell bubble wrap, padlocks, and other packing materials such as packing tape which you might find useful. We also have free-use trolleys available on site if you have a lot to move in and don’t feel like carrying it all. For customers using our mezzanine level storage units, there is a hydraulic lift available to assist you during move-in and move-out times.

While we provide our clients with secure spaces for storage, not all items can be stored at our facilities. Prohibited item include perishable, explosive, corrosive, flammable, harmful (or stolen!) items. Take note of the below when determining if your items are eligible for storage at Vachi:
• Storage of food and food products is strictly prohibited. Please ensure there is no food or food products packed in any of your boxes/bags/containers.
• Nothing living or live should be stored in the units, including animals or plants.
• The following items/materials are strictly prohibited: fertilizers, pesticides, firearms, explosives, ammunition, contraband, illegal drugs, fuels, flammable materials, odorous materials, infectious materials, hazardous/toxic materials.
• Open flames of any type such as camping equipment, cutting torches, kerosene lamps, candles are prohibited from the facility.
