Renting an affordable unit at Vachi Storage offers a flexible way to gain back some extra space or securely store your business or personal items. Options exist for our customers to rent spaces from a 15sqft (1m x 1m) locker up to the size of a 230sqft double garage (4.9m x 4.6m) on monthly or multi-month agreements. We also offer larger, long term and office spaces and agreements that can be tailored to your specific needs. Once your items are securely stored on site, you are welcome to come and go as you please as we are available to open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Renting a Vachi storage unit is quick and easy. Just pop down to our storage facility, or give us a call, with an Emirates ID or passport number handy. We’ll take care of the rest. Once you are moved into your unit, you will need to secure it with your own padlock. If you don’t have one, we can provide this for you at a small once-off cost.

If you are going to be away for a period of time, we can even offer to start your vehicle once a week, to keep the battery charged and ensure that by the time you return, you can simply get into your vehicle and go!

Yes, we recommend this to our tenants. Placing your valuables inside boxes before storage can save you a lot of space and hassle and will also serve to best protect your items. Always use top-quality packing boxes that are strong enough to keep your things safe long-term. If you do not have access to the packaging that you need, let us know and we will provide this for you for a small once-off fee.

Yes. We offer a full line of moving and packing supplies to help make your move easy. Come by our storage facilities to get moving boxes that are strong enough to hold the weight of many household items, or ask us to bring with if we are arranging the collection and packing for you. We also sell bubble wrap, padlocks, and other packing materials such as packing tape which you might find useful. We also have free-use trolleys available on site if you have a lot to move in and don’t feel like carrying it all. For customers using our mezzanine level storage units, there is a hydraulic lift available to assist you during move-in and move-out times.

While we provide our clients with secure spaces for storage, not all items can be stored at our facilities. Prohibited item include perishable, explosive, corrosive, flammable, harmful (or stolen!) items. Take note of the below when determining if your items are eligible for storage at Vachi:
• Storage of food and food products is strictly prohibited. Please ensure there is no food or food products packed in any of your boxes/bags/containers.
• Nothing living or live should be stored in the units, including animals or plants.
• The following items/materials are strictly prohibited: fertilizers, pesticides, firearms, explosives, ammunition, contraband, illegal drugs, fuels, flammable materials, odorous materials, infectious materials, hazardous/toxic materials.
• Open flames of any type such as camping equipment, cutting torches, kerosene lamps, candles are prohibited from the facility.

Yes. Vachi Storage provides climate-controlled units for storing items sensitive to heat, humidity, or both. For those customers who require custom environmental control for the storage of their goods, special rates may apply. We also have pest-control experts on site periodically through-out the year to ensure the facility is treated to prevent the outbreak of pests.

Vachi Storage offers multiple options to pay for your storage unit. You can pay cash, cheque, or make payments using major credit/debit cards using our POS device on-site. We also offer customers the ability to pay via Stripe link, though a 4% admin fee will apply for this service.

No! Unique to Vachi Storage, we don’t charge any deposit fee when you rent a unit from us. You only pay for what you use, and there are no hidden costs.

No. Using Vachi storage for anything other than storing your valuables is illegal. Living or sleeping in our storage units can lead to criminal charges.
