A 35 sq ft room for a studio is AED 765 the first month, then AED 865. A 50 sq ft room for a one-bedroom flat is AED 1,050, then AED 1,150. Larger rooms: 75 sq ft AED 1,650, 100 sq ft AED 2,250, 150 sq ft AED 3,200 and 200 sq ft AED 4,000 a month, VAT included.

Will my wooden furniture survive the humidity?

Units are air-conditioned at 20 to 25°C with humidity under 55%.

Do you dismantle furniture?
