What is a full-height storage room?
A walk-in room 2.39 m (7.85 ft) high at either of our Al Quoz sites, so you can stand inside and stack furniture to the ceiling.
What size room do I need?
As a guide, a studio needs about 35 sq ft, a one-bedroom 50 sq ft (75 if it's large), a two-bedroom about 100, a three-bedroom 150 and a villa 200. If you're not sure, WhatsApp us a photo or a list.
How much does a storage room cost in Dubai?
From AED 625 a month for 25 sq ft, up to AED 4,000 a month for 200 sq ft. Prices include VAT, there's no deposit, and the 35 and 50 sq ft rooms get AED 100 off the first month.
Is moving in really free?
Yes. Our team picks up anywhere in Dubai and packs your things into storage, one trip in, for free. Packing materials and return delivery are extra.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorised when you reserve and charged on move-in day. You can cancel free before then.
Can I visit any time?
Yes, both sites are open 24/7. Calls are answered 7am to 7pm.
What is the minimum stay?
One month, with no deposit and no long contract.
Can I change room size later?
Yes. If you need more or less space, WhatsApp us and we'll move you to a different room.
Is it air-conditioned and secure?
Yes. Rooms are kept at 20 to 25°C, with CCTV and access control, and both facilities are fully insured.
