Furniture dismantling can be added to the estimate for AED 250. Reassembly scope and the final price are confirmed with the move plan.
Cover depends on the declared items and selected service. Vachi confirms the applicable moving and storage cover in writing with the final quote; insurance approved padlocks are available for stored units.
Yes. Vachi Storage offers a combined moving + storage service in Dubai. Our in-house packing and moving team handles packing and transport, items are stored at the Vachi facility in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, and our delivery team brings them back when you are ready. One contract, one phone number, one accountable team.
Moving is quoted per home — apartments typically AED 800–1,500 and villas AED 1,800–4,000+ depending on volume and distance. Storage runs the standard Vachi tariff: from AED 330/month for 15 sqft up to AED 4,000/month for 200 sqft. Business storage from AED 27,000/year (Business Lite) or AED 5,500/month (Business Ultimate, 300–6,000 sqft).
It is in-house. Vachi’s own packing, moving and delivery team handles household and office relocations across Dubai. Vachi Storage remains the single point of accountability — one contract, one quote, one invoice.
Annual storage contracts at Vachi include free Dubai-wide pickup, which covers inbound moves up to a defined truck volume. Larger or villa-scale moves are quoted separately. Re-delivery (outbound) is always quoted on top.
Vachi coordinates international freight via international moving partners. Our in-house team handles the UAE-side packing, local transport, consolidation and storage at the Vachi facility in Al Quoz.
English, Russian and Arabic, with information also available in Chinese — the same desk handles all Vachi Storage services.
Site 1 is at 72 6B Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai — approximately 10–15 minutes from Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Al Wasl and Jumeirah. Your belongings are packed, transported and stored at this facility, then re-delivered across Dubai when you are ready. Vachi's second facility, at 8 5th Street in Al Quoz Industrial Area 4, is open, with half-height climate-controlled lockers.
